Jetboard & eFoil - Lessons, Demos & Training

Ocean Performance offers jetboard and eFoil lessons, demos and training for customers looking to experience our range of JETSURF, AWAKE and JetWave boards.

From complete beginners taking their first ride to experienced riders looking to try a new model or improve their technique, we offer sessions at selected locations in Dorset and Bedfordshire.

Our sessions operate within specific locations and arrangements, so please contact us to discuss availability and find the right option for your experience level.

At Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire we have a lakeside setup with sheltered, flat water that provides a controlled environment to learn the basics, without tides, waves or other boating traffic. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids are available, and the lakeside facilities include warm showers, a bar and restaurant, an inflatable water park and nearby accommodation.

We organise selected weekends throughout the year. Dates are announced on our social media pages, you can also contact us to enquire about upcoming sessions and availability.

In Poole Harbour, Dorset. We are working on our demo and training centre, details to follow as soon as we have more info.

Demo Sessions for Experienced Riders

Already riding confidently? If you're considering an upgrade or want to try a particular JETSURF, AWAKE or JetWave model before buying, we can arrange selected demonstrations at our local beach in Poole or at Wyboston Lakes.

Riders must already be competent on a jetboard or eFoil and bring their own wetsuit and impact vest. Contact us to discuss the model you'd like to try and the arrangements available.

We are also working towards establishing a lake location in Dorset, with further details to be announced when available.

eFoil Lessons, Courses & Demonstrations – Poole

Discover electric hydrofoiling with JetWave eFoil lessons and demonstrations in Poole, delivered with our waterside partners, Easy Riders.

We can offer beginner lessons, courses and board-specific demonstrations across the JetWave range. Experienced eFoil riders who can ride confidently up on the foil and complete controlled turns can also enquire about trying a particular board before upgrading.

Advanced Jetboard & eFoil Training & Riding Skills

Already own a board and want to develop your riding? We offer training for riders using their own equipment, with locations depending on the skills you want to work on.

Sessions can focus on general riding technique, turning, wave riding and other advanced skills. For riders interested in JETSURF racing, we also hold regular weekend meets at the JETSURF race track at Wyboston Lakes, typically at least once a month from April to October. Dates and details are published on our social media pages or drop us a message.

Demo Costs, Training & Buying a Board

All lessons and demonstration sessions are chargeable. The cost of your first lesson or demo can be redeemed against a new, full-price board purchased from Ocean Performance within two months of your session.

If you purchase a board without booking a lesson, we offer a complimentary first training and handover session to familiarise you with the board, its controls and features.

Jetboarding and eFoiling both take time and practice to master. We can help you get started, understand your equipment and find suitable training for your experience level.
