About Us

Ocean Performance is the UK Dealer for JETSURF motorised surfboards, JetWave eFoils and Super73 eBikes.

Our store is based in Poole just off the main Sandbanks Road with JETSURF and JetWave products on display. We sell complete sets, boards, parts and accessories.

We can offer demo's, training, servicing and repairs and deal with any warranty issues. We also sell all your summer gear such as shorts, tees, flip-flops, sunglasses, hoodies etc.

The owner of Ocean Performance is Tommy Merralls. A watersports enthusiasts, first getting on the water at just six months old on his Dads wooden clinker built smack rigged boat and have always on the water on some form of watercraft since then.

First qualifying as a windsurfing, sailing and powerboat instructor in '92 led to many years working in France, Greece & Australia. Working up from general instructor through to watersports centre manager then area manager for yacht flotillas.

Completing a Maritime Leisure Management course at Southampton University was just the natural progression to starting my own watersports business here in the UK in 2001. Many more years windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, jetskiing, powerboating and paddleboarding ensued...

In 2017 JETSURF really caught my eye as the next up and coming exhilarating watersport, along with my brother we purchased boards and trained hard to compete in the MotoSurf World Cup in 2018/19. A successful first season led to more events around the world in the following years. In 2022 reached an agreement with JETSURF as their main UK Dealer and distributor, operating from our store here in Poole, Dorset.

E Foils were the next natural progression of watertoys with their popularity growing massively. At the end of '25 we partnered with JetWave as their South UK Dealer.

We are really excited for the 2026 season, we are at lots of events and shows around the UK, drop in and say Hi! We have a great team of people who help in the shop, training, events and our race team guys too.

We work with dealers around the country, Superyachts, on-water displays at events, filming for TV and films.

Summer months April to September we are open 7 days a week, in the quieter winter months (October to March) days will vary so its best to get in contact first, however we are always on the phone and email for any queries, questions and orders.

Even during the summer months its always best to phone ahead especially if you are travelling to see us as we may be on the water!
