Shipping policy

We aim to pack and ship all orders received within 48 hours of the order. This applies for all items in-stock. If we do not have the item in-stock we will contact you and advise the delivery time.

All items will have a shipping cost that will be shown at the cart.

It is highly advisable that boards and bikes are collected from our store in Poole. Therefore there will be no delivery charges. It's a great opportunity for a personal handover, for us to run through all the operating of the product. 

If this is not possible please contact us and we can arrange a personal delivery to you - best to contact us with your location and we can agree a cost from there.

We do ship internationally, again please contact us for these bespoke costs. If we do ship abroad then any relevant import duties, fees and VAT will be the buyers responsibility.
