Lessons, Demo's & Training

We are able to offer demo's and training on the boards we sell, however as we are not a watersports centre and need to keep our insurance company happy, there are some restrictions on what/how we operate at the present time...

For JETSURF:

If you are a complete beginner and would like to give Jetboarding a try we offer lessons & Demo  sessions at our lake base @Ride Leisure - Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire.

Being a lake its very safe conditions, flat, sheltered water. We have a whole lake to ourselves, its really a perfect place to learn, no tides, wind, waves or other boating traffic!

We have wetsuits, buoyancy aids, warm showers and usually lots of riders there to chat to as well.

Theres a lakeside bar & restaurant, inflatable water park which the kids love (and us adults sometimes too!) It makes for a great day out, if you wanted to spread over a couple of days then its all part of a large golfing and hotel complex so some great accommodation options.

We have planned weekends throughout the year which all get posted on our social media pages, so keep an eye on these, if you'd like to get booked in then contact us.

If you are an accomplished jetsurfer (can stand and ride happily with your feet in the footstraps) and would like to try a particular board eg for an upgrade, then we can do at our local beach here in Poole. You will need to have your own wetsuit and impact vest.

We are working on a lake location here in Dorset, details will be shared as soon as.

For JETWAVE:

We can offer complete beginner lessons and courses on JetWave eFoils here in Poole with our waterside partners Easy Riders.

If you are an accomplished eFoiler (can stand and ride happily up on the foil and complete controlled turns) and would like to try a particular board eg for an upgrade, then we offer this too.

At the very early beginner stage the particular brand of eFoil is less relevant - board and foil choices are best made when you have a little experience.

 

Alternatively should you wish to just purchase a board and go learn yourself then thats all good with us! Theres loads of online YouTube videos, it's all about time and practice .

The initial cost of the lesson/demo is redeemable against the cost of a new, full priced board purchased from us with 2 months of the demo session.

TRAINING & more advanced lessons:

We offer training provided you have your own board, this can be done at a variety of locations depending on what you are looking to learn more skills in - whether it be general riding technique, turning, wave riding, race training around buoys, rolling starts etc.

If you are interested in Jetsurf racing then it's best to come join in one of our weekend meets at the Jetsurf Race track at Wyboston Lakes, we do this at least once a month from April to September. Details and dates all get listed on our socials...
